These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phppub ("phppub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phppub online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phppub.net (the "Platform").

• KYC Verification: phppub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Closure: phppub reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.

phppub supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phppub reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: phppub aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: phppub may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phppub is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

• Wagering Requirements: Most phppub bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phppub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate phppub bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.

All games available on the phppub Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phppub Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phppub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phppub Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phppub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phppub will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

In no event shall phppub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phppub account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phppub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phppub Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phppub with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
